How to reach us
Email hello@champagnefrancetours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours we list refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the few that do not say so on their card.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. House calendars change with the season, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

The houses
Each house answers for its own visits, prices and calendar: Veuve Clicquot at 1 rue Albert Thomas, Mumm at 34 rue du Champ de Mars and Ruinart at 4 rue des Crayères in Reims; Moët & Chandon at 18 and Mercier at 68 avenue de Champagne in Épernay. Book and ask on each house's own website.
